LWSA: 2007 Team Racing Clinic
Our coach Brian Doyle has asked everyone coming to the Team Race Clinic on Saturday, June 2, at 10 AM at the WYC read the following website. Our plan is to start at 10 and have white board clinic until noon or 12:30, break for lunch and go out on the course and have some team racing. Brain will be with us all day and coach us until four. The website will take about 30 minutes to study. Please plan an extra thirty minutes this week, it will make a big difference. As of Mon 28 May we have Argo, FKA, Gostosa, Shamrock signed up. We would like to have twelve boats so we can run two team races at once. Any questions please email Casey or Tom.
Here is a website that everyone should view. Click on view demo for the animated CD product it is the second thing listed. The main manuvers are shown and described. If everyone plays this through and reads the text portions (30 minutes of enjoyment) before Saturday, the clinic will be far more productive. Even if only the skippers view it there will be a big difference.
