Slipper 17 Pocket Cruiser/Daysailer with Trailer         $2,495

The Slipper 17 is not only the cutest boat we have ever seen, but also the roomiest 17-foot cruiser!  The donor, not a small person, cruised in it on Lake Champlain.  (See pic below).

There is a mooring available on Lake Winnipesaukee for this boat with shore access.  Please inquire.

This boat is easy to launch, and the hinged mast base allows it to easily raised by one or two people. No yard fees for launching, hauling or for storage!

Here are some comments we found in an online ad:

“Selling my 1983 Slipper 17’. This has been my weekender for the past few years. Mostly sailed her around West Palm Beach, and trailered her down to the keys several times. She is a very solid boat with a high freeboard and has worked well inshore as well as offshore. Very large cockpit that can easily fit four adults, or more. . .”

. . . And here is something we found in a Sailing Texas classified:

“The cockpit offers excellent protection and is sized like one from a 25-footer. She's very safe and stable with 425 pounds of lead ballast, high cockpit coamings and a big beam giving you a real sense of security. It sails like a much bigger boat and is much faster than it looks. It can be easily pulled by a smaller vehicle with a 6 cylinder engine.”
