This boat was donated by a local couple who had not used it for several years and decided it was time to get it out of their storage unit!

The Scorpion is one of many Sunfish copies that were built in the 70's and 80's.   The Sunfish, with over 700,000 built, is the most popular sailboat of all time.  This boat is virtually identical to the Sunfish.    A forgiving boat for beginners and fun for the whole family!  And an exciting ride when the wind picks up!

You will get a brand new sail with this boat, still in the bag, plus the original sail for backup.

You can see in the pics that the mahogany rudder and dagger-board are in very good shape, as is the fiberglass.
